Customer Reviews
Decent tea, slow delivery
I ordered the Elderberry Tea and some Ceylon black tea. The tea itself is quite nice, especially the elderberry blend; it has a good flavor profile. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, almost a week and a half, which was a little frustrating since I was looking forward to trying them. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. I wish they'd offer more shipping options, even if it cost a little extra for faster delivery. Overall, good products but the wait was a downside.
Consistently good products
This isn't my first time ordering from GreatdayTea, and they're still reliable. I got the Ginger Tea and a couple of those spice jars this time. The ginger tea is just as good as I remember from my last order, really warming. The spice jars are handy for organizing my pantry. Shipping was on par with previous experiences, maybe 5-6 days to reach me in Arizona. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting and it's always good stuff, never had any surprises.
Good tea, easy checkout
I grabbed some Peppermint Tea and a cute tea infuser last week. The website was super easy to use, no fuss at all. Everything shipped out pretty quick, took like 4 days to get here in Michigan. The tea tastes really fresh, happy with it.
Good value for organic tea
I was looking for organic tea that wasn't too expensive and found GreatdayTea. I picked up some Organic Green Tea and a small bag of Dried Lavender. I got a discount for my first order which helped with the price a lot. Shipping was free because my order was over 50 bucks, which is a nice bonus. The tea arrived in about 6 days. The quality seems good for the price I paid, especially for organic. I feel like I got a good deal here, definitely worth it for what I spent.

Thinking of trying GreatdayTea for the first time. Is there usually a discount for first-time buyers?
Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes for GreatdayTea. I'm in NYC, planning a party for next weekend.
How are GreatdayTea's blends compared to something like Art of Tea? I usually buy from them but looking for new options.
Can you actually return tea if you don't like it? Or is it like, all sales final once opened?
